“A great course - well developed and put together. Some great insights and skills for the future.”
Our course will equip you with coping strategies to improve your resilience and wellbeing.
Resilience is the ability to withstand and recover from stressful life challenges, strengthened and more resourceful.
The process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma or sources of stress – such as family and relationship problems, workplace or financial stress, or serious health problems.
InterAct’s course of four 2½ hour workshops will help you develop your resilience - equipping you with the ability to face life’s challenges and demands from a position of strength.
This will help you to become a stronger person, with the ability to ‘bounce back’ from life’s setbacks.
If the timing or availability of courses doesn’t match your needs, you can ask to go on a waiting list, and we will contact you again when further courses or places are available.
