COVID-19 information and guidance

At InterAct, we understand that during the COVID-19 pandemic, life may have been very difficult for the young people we support, and for their families.

After temporarily closiing our face-to-face activities for young people during the COVID-19 pandemic, these were gradually reinitroduced. InterAct followed guidance from national & local government, and from the National Youth Agency.

Full face-to-face programmes have now recommenced

Further information is on our Children and Young people pages.

Our training programmes are also being delivered face-to-face once again, but online courses are still available (via Zoom). These include Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), Youth MHFA, and workshops in Developing Self-Care, Resilience and Wellbeing.

Further information is available here on our Emotional Wellbeing & Positive Mental Health pages.

Meanwhile, if you are feeling anxious, stressed or feeling that you cannot cope, please do pick up the phone and call the InterAct Young People Team on 01245 392053

We will listen and try to help, and if necessary help you get support via other support services.
